新课改之后,小组合作学习方式在教学中运用得越来越广泛,受到老师和学生的喜爱,也取得了一些教学成效,但是其成效还未令人非常满意。根据教学调查可以发现,目前老师在组织小组合作学习之时,仍然存在一些问题,影响着小学数学教学的顺利发展。本文笔者结合教学实践,分析出了目前小组合作学习存在的问题,也提出了一些解决的对策,期望对于小学数学老师的教学能够有所借鉴,仅供参考。
After the new curriculum reform, the group cooperative learning method is more and more widely used in teaching, loved by teachers and students, and achieved some teaching effectiveness. However, its effectiveness has not yet been very satisfactory. According to the teaching survey, we can see that there are still some problems when the teachers organize the group cooperative learning, which affects the smooth development of the elementary mathematics teaching. In this paper, the author combines the teaching practice, analyzes the current group of cooperative learning problems, but also put forward some solutions, expectation for the primary school mathematics teachers can learn from, for reference purposes only.
