目的:建立果蔬中21种有机磷类农药残留量的毛细管气相色谱快速检测方法。方法:样品经搅拌成匀浆后,利用乙腈直接萃取,浓缩干燥后丙酮定容,再通过R tx-1701毛细管柱,FPD气相色谱定性和定量。结果:21种有机磷农药在29 m in内能有效分离,定量分析呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于99%,在豆角、大白菜、梨中的2个添加浓度水平回收率为80.4%~93.4%,RSD为2.6%~9.9%;在R tx-1701毛细管柱上最小检测浓度为0.003~0.032 mg/kg,符合卫生标准要求。结论:该方法样品处理简单,准确度和精密度好,成本低,适合果蔬中多种有机磷类农药残留检测。
Objective: To establish a rapid method for the determination of 21 organophosphorus pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables by capillary gas chromatography. Methods: After the sample was homogenized by stirring, acetone was directly extracted with acetonitrile, concentrated and dried, and then fixed with acetone. The crude was purified by R tx-1701 capillary column and characterized by FPD gas chromatography. Results: 21 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides could be effectively separated within 29 mins, and the linearity was good. The correlation coefficients were all above 99%. The recoveries of two organophosphorus pesticides in bean, cabbage and pear were 80.4% ~ 93.4%, RSD was 2.6% ~ 9.9%. The minimum detectable concentration on Rtx-1701 capillary column was 0.003 ~ 0.032 mg / kg, which met the requirements of sanitary standards. Conclusion: The method has the advantages of simple sample processing, good accuracy and precision, low cost and suitable for detecting a variety of organophosphorus pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.
