目的了解佛山市基层医院医务人员职业延迟满足水平以及成就动机水平,并分析两者的相关性,以期为提高医务人员职业延迟满足水平提供理论依据。方法采用方便抽样法,选择240名基层医务人员作为调查对象。采用职业延迟满足问卷对医务人员职业延迟满足水平进行评价,使用成就动机量表对医务人员成就动机水平进行评估。结果 240名基层医院医务人员工作延迟维度得分为(9.14±1.39)分,职业生涯延迟维度得分为(8.30±2.25)分,职业延迟满足总分为(17.45±3.55)分;性别、年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、职业类别、工作年限等不同特征下工作延迟维度、职业生涯延迟维度以及职业延迟满足总分得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);基层医院医务人员成就动机总分为(10.34±13.88)分,其中避免失败维度得分为(33.57±8.09)分,追求成功维度得分为(43.90±9.55)分;比较性别、年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、职业类别、工作年限等不同特征下成就动机总分、避免失败维度、追求成功维度得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);工作延迟维度、职业生涯延迟维度、职业延迟满足总分分别与避免失败维度呈负相关(P<0.05);工作延迟维度、职业生涯延迟维度、职业延迟满足总分分别与追求成功维度、成就动机整体水平呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论基层医院医务人员职业延迟满足水平及成就动机水平均有待提高,职业延迟满足水平与成就动机水平密切相关,可通过提高个人成就动机,增强职业延迟满足能力。
Objective To understand the occupational delay satisfaction level and achievement motivation level of medical staffs in primary hospitals in Foshan and to analyze the correlation between them, in order to provide a theoretical basis for improving the occupational delay satisfaction level of medical staffs. Methods Convenient sampling method was used to select 240 grass-roots medical staff as the investigation object. Appraisal of occupational delay satisfaction level of medical staffs was carried out by using occupational delay satisfaction questionnaire, and achievements achievement motivation level of medical staffs was evaluated by Achievement Motivation Scale. Results A total of 240 primary hospital medical staff had a score of (9.14 ± 1.39), a career-delayed dimension (8.30 ± 2.25) and a career-related delay of (17.45 ± 3.55). Sex, age, and culture (P <0.05). The total score of achievement motivation of medical staff in primary hospitals was (P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant (10.34 ± 13.88) points, the score of failure avoidance dimension was (33.57 ± 8.09) points, and the successful dimension score was (43.90 ± 9.55) points. The differences of gender, age, educational level, marital status, occupational category, The scores of achievement motivation, avoidance failure, and pursuit of success were significantly different (P <0.05). The job-delay, career-delay and career-delay satisfaction were negatively correlated with the dimensions of avoidance failure P <0.05). The factors of job-delay, career-delay and job-delay satisfaction were positively correlated with the pursuit of success and overall level of achievement motivation (P <0.05). Conclusions The occupational delay satisfaction level and achievement motivation level of medical staff in primary hospitals need to be improved. The level of job satisfaction and achievement motivation is closely related to the level of achievement motivation, which can enhance the ability of job lapse satisfaction.
