在建筑机械的传动系统中,国内较多使用直齿轮,而国外较多使用斜齿及变位齿轮,两者有明显的差异。作者以此为出发点。客观地分析了产生这种状况的原因。详细地介绍了斜齿轮在重合度、啮合特性和不产生根切的最少齿数等方面较直齿轮的优点和设计时的注意要点。介绍了变位斜齿轮传动的主要参数计算和验算方法。作者指出:要改变我国建筑机械的落后状况,缩小与国际先进水平的差距,应重视对建筑机械传动系统的设计,采用具有许多优点的斜齿及变位齿轮传动,最后,作者还介绍了变位斜齿轮传动在产品设计中的应用及其使用效果。
In the transmission system of construction machinery, spur gears are used more often in China, while helical gears and gears are widely used abroad, and there are obvious differences between the two.
