目的 :探讨微量元素在大蒜治疗口腔癌前病变中的作用。方法 :先用 4 硝基喹啉氧化物 ( 4 nitroquinoline 1 oxide ,4NQO)建立大鼠口腔癌前病变模型 ,然后用大蒜液治疗。于治疗第 5 ,8周及停药后 7周分批处死动物 ,取腭粘膜病变部位上皮组织行电子探针显微分析。结果 :治疗期间大蒜能提高治疗组上皮细胞核铜及核内外硒、钼水平 ;降低胞浆及核内外锌浓度 ;停药后上皮细胞内上述 4种元素含量在两组间差异无显著性。结论 :大蒜能通过提高细胞核铜及核内外硒和钼含量 ,降低细胞核内外锌的浓度 ,达到阻断和治疗口腔癌前病变的目的
Objective: To explore the role of trace elements in the treatment of oral premalignant lesions of garlic. METHODS: A rat oral precancerous lesion model was established with 4 nitroquinoline 1 oxide (4NQO) and then treated with garlic solution. The animals were sacrificed in batches at the 5th and 8th weeks of treatment and 7 weeks after the withdrawal. Epithelial tissues of the orbital mucosal lesions were taken for electron microscopy analysis. RESULTS: During the treatment, garlic could increase the epithelial cell nuclear and selenium and molybdenum levels of the epithelial cells in the treatment group, decrease the cytoplasm and the concentration of zinc in the inner and outer nucleus, and there was no significant difference in the content of the above four elements in the epithelial cells after discontinuation. Conclusion : Garlic can increase the content of selenium and molybdenum inside and outside the nucleus of copper cells and reduce the concentration of zinc inside and outside the nucleus to achieve the purpose of blocking and treating oral precancerous lesions.
