通过对90例咳嗽患者用氨茶碱、扑尔敏、复方甘草片配伍治疗,64例2d治愈,18例4d治愈,8例因肺及支气管较严重感染等,经加用抗生素等治疗7d后治愈。 体会 氨茶碱能直接松弛支气管平滑肌,间接抑制组织胺等过敏物质的释放,对支气管粘膜的充血水肿也有缓解作用;扑尔敏由于本体的化学结构与组织胺相似,能与组织胺竟争使组织胺不能与受体结合,从而抗组织胺对毛细血管和支气管平滑肌的作用,防止支气管发生痉挛,并有镇静作用,能降低咳嗽以及咳嗽引起的烦躁与失眠;复方甘草片有良好的止咳祛痰作用,也能作用于无痰和刺激性咳嗽。3药配伍治疗咳嗽,达到抑制咳嗽中枢,解除致敏原,缓解支气管
