6名业余运动员(男,10~12岁)进行乒乓球训练的有氧负荷前后,红细胞悬液粘度和渗透脆性无显著变化,说明对红细胞变形性的影响不明显;相同受试者在100米跑前后红细胞渗透脆性增加,滤过率降低,说明红细胞变形性降低。6名大学生(男,20~22岁)在Wingate试验前后,红细胞悬液粘度增加,滤过率降低,正常形态比例下降,说明红细胞变形性运动后明显降低,并且在运动后一小时仍未恢复。
There was no significant change in viscosity and osmotic fragility of 6 amateur athletes (male, 10-12 years old) before and after aerobic exercise for table tennis training, indicating that the effect on erythrocyte deformability was not obvious. RBC infiltration before and after running increased brittleness, filtration rate decreased, indicating reduced red blood cell deformability. 6 college students (male, 20 to 22 years old) before and after Wingate test, erythrocyte suspension viscosity increased, the filtration rate decreased, the proportion of normal morphology decreased, indicating that erythrocyte deformability decreased significantly after exercise, and did not recover after 1 hour of exercise .
