1984年入春以来,我省气温比常年偏低。3月份平均温度比常年低1～3℃,其中东部丹东、本溪、抚顺三市低3℃左右;西部朝阳、锦州、阜新等市地,以及大连、沈阳一带低1℃左右。4月份气温与常年相仿,其中旬偏高,上、下旬略低。从4月份物候观察,比常年晚7～10天,已有低温迹象。据多年气象资料分析,我省平均三、五年就发生一次低温冷害,1980～1983年连续四年高温,从低温年出现的规律来看,今年有出现低温的可能。
Since the beginning of spring in 1984, the temperature in our province has been lower than normal. The average temperature in March was 1 ~ 3 ℃ lower than that in normal years. Among them, the temperatures in Dandong, Benxi and Fushun were about 3 ℃ lower in the eastern part of China; in cities of Chaoyang, Jinzhou and Fuxin in the west, and around 1 ℃ lower in Dalian and Shenyang. April temperature and perennial similar, mid-high, slightly lower late. From the April observation of phenology, than the usual 7 to 10 days, there have been signs of hypothermia. According to many years of meteorological data analysis, the province an average of three or five years to a cold damage, 1980 to 1983 for four consecutive years of high temperatures, from the appearance of low-temperature law, this year there may be a low temperature.
