本文将多元逐步回归用于分光光度分析中多组分混合物组分数的确定和含量测定.着重介绍了方法的基本原理、基本步骤和基本计算。本文用人工合成多组分混合物测得的吸收度数据,以浓度为已知量,用多元线性回归求得各组分在各波长点的吸收系数代替纯组分测定换算的吸收系数,以复方阿斯匹林片为样品进行逐步回归,取得了满意的结果。
In this paper, multiple stepwise regression is used to determine the content of multi-component mixtures in spectrophotometric analysis and to determine the content of these compounds. The basic principle, basic steps and basic calculation are introduced emphatically. In this paper, synthetic multi-component mixture measured absorbance data to the concentration of a known amount, with multiple linear regression obtained absorption coefficient of each component at each wavelength instead of pure components measured conversion coefficient of absorption, to compound Aspirin tablets for the sample step by step regression, and achieved satisfactory results.
