今天,我们满怀着信心跨进了祖国第一个五年计划的第二个年度——一九五四年。回顾一九五三年,许多令人观欣鼓舞的重大事件涌上了我们的心头。首先应当提到的是,朝鲜停战的实现。这是中朝人民的伟大胜利,也是世界一切爱好和平的国家和人民的伟大胜利。这个胜利,对于我们国家正在进行着的有计划的经济建设是极为有利的。「鞍山无缝钢管厂,鞍山大型轧钢厂和鞍山第七号炼铁炉的提前完成建设工程并开始生产,这是一九五三年重工业发展中的巨大事件。」(注一)这三大工程
