白细胞介素 - 1(Interleukin- 1,IL- 1)是一重要的细胞因子 ,具有广泛的生物学效应。近年来研究表明IL- 1在胆脂瘤组织中存在高表达 ,与胆脂瘤引起的骨质吸收、胆脂瘤上皮增殖密切相关。本文主要概述了 IL- 1与胆脂瘤关系的研究现状和作用机制。
Interleukin-1 (IL-1) is an important cytokine with a wide range of biological effects. In recent years, studies have shown that IL-1 is highly expressed in cholesteatoma tissue, which is closely related to the bone resorption induced by cholesteatoma and the proliferation of cholesteatoma epithelium. This article mainly summarizes the research status and mechanism of IL-1 and cholesteatoma.
