为了推动技术革新,促进企业技术改造,意大利曾先后发布了不少法令。这些法令虽过于繁琐,相互间也有重复,申请获取资助的时间过长,但它对于推动科研机构、大学和企业之间的合作,激发企业自身实施技术改造的热情,提高企业竞争能力,缓解工业的结构性危机,缩小意南北经济发展水平上的差距,都起到了积极作用,现将有关法令摘要如下。
