《世界地理》上、下册,讲到了世界各国的位置、自然条件、经济状况等内容,其中要求学生掌握各国名称。而这些名称都有自已的含义,都有自己的由来。如果向学生介绍一些这方面的知识,无疑可以帮助学生在理解中记忆,同时也可使学生了解这些国名的知识性与趣味性,从而提高学生学习《地理》的积极性。现对欧洲各国名称的由来分类介绍如后,以供中学教师和中学生参考。
“World Geography”, the next book, spoke of the world’s position, natural conditions, economic conditions and other content, which requires students to master the names of all countries. These names have their own meaning, have their own origin. If you introduce some of this knowledge to students, you can undoubtedly help students to remember while comprehending. At the same time, they can also make students understand the knowledge and interest of these country names so as to enhance their enthusiasm for studying “geography.” The origin of the names of all European countries is introduced later, for secondary school teachers and secondary school reference.
