KZON-50/100型空分设备选用PZK-5/40-6型膨胀机,该机进排气阀采用线密封(密封阀杆、阀座)。若填料部分选配、安装不好,在运行过程中,填料则磨损严重,同时杆、阀冲击,引起线密封变为窄面密封。停车后下次再启动,由于热膨胀冷缩,加上填料磨损,进而引起杆、阀座不同心,杆、座密封遭到破坏。从而在启动过程中,引起膨胀机排气压力和温度升高,产冷减少,进而引起开车时间延长,液面积累慢,甚至造成开车失败。除非更换杆、座及填料组件,
