为研究禽流感DNA疫苗和转移因子联合免疫的免疫增强效果,试验用DH5α工程菌增殖的重组质粒pCAGGoptiHA5和转移因子联合免疫SPF鸡(转移因子采用口服和注射两种方式进行协同免疫),免疫后不同时间监测各组免疫鸡只的免疫器官指数、血清HI抗体水平变化情况。结果表明:联合免疫试验组抗体水平显著高于DNA疫苗单独免疫组,联合免疫组鸡只的法氏囊、胸腺和脾脏免疫器官指数均显著增加(P<0.05),但转移因子的口服和注射两种免疫方式之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明禽流感DNA疫苗和转移因子联合免疫协同作用显著。
In order to study the immune-enhancing effect of combined immunization with DNA vaccine and transfer factor of avian influenza virus, the recombinant plasmid pCAGGoptiHA5, which is multiplied by DH5α engineered bacteria, was used to immunize SPF chickens with the transfer factor (synergistic immunization by both oral and injections) Immune organ index and serum HI antibody levels of immunized chickens in each group were monitored at different times. The results showed that the antibody level of the combined immunization group was significantly higher than that of the DNA vaccine alone group. The immune organ index of bursal, thymus and spleen of the combined immunized group was significantly increased (P <0.05) There was no significant difference between the two immunization methods (P> 0.05). It shows that synergistic effect of combined immunization with DNA vaccine and transfer factor of bird flu is significant.
