调查说明调查时间:2013年8月10日-2013年9月13日调查方法:网络调查、书面问卷、记者访谈等多种形式调查样本:总计9197人,分为三个群体:一,党政干部群体2314人,由人民论坛问卷调查中心、“民智市场”调查公司及人民论坛理论调研基地联合在东中西部省份随机抽样进行书面问卷调查;二,专家学者103人,由人民论坛编辑部通过记者访谈、邮件问答等方式进行调查;三,网友6780人,在人民论坛网、搜狐网等推出网络调查问卷。
Survey Description Survey Time: August 10, 2013 - September 13, 2013 Survey Methodology: Various forms of survey including online survey, written questionnaire and interviews with reporters: A total of 9197 people are divided into three groups: I. Party and government 2314 cadres group, the People’s Forum Questionnaire Center, “Market Intelligence ” investigation company and the People’s Forum theoretical research base jointly in the Eastern, Central and Eastern provinces random sampling for written questionnaires; Second, 103 experts and scholars, edited by the People’s Tribune Ministry of Investigation through press interviews, e-mail questions and other means of investigation; Third, 6780 users, the People’s Forum Network, Sohu and other network survey questionnaire.
