新中国成立60年,也是人民法院曲折前进、发展壮大的60年。60年来,人民法院在中国共产党的领导下,紧紧围绕党和国家工作的大局,全面加强审判和执行工作,为巩固新政权、维护国家安全和社会和谐稳定、促进经济发展做出了巨大贡献。本刊从今年第1期开始,将陆续刊登由最高人民法院研究室司法统计办公室撰写的“六十载光辉历程一甲子司法为民”、“六十年刑事审判情况分析”、“定纷止争六十载”和“建国以来诉讼调解情况的统计分析”等4篇文章,用数字展示人民法院60年来走过的光辉历程。
