中共四川省大足县委为使党管武裝落到实处,切实加强对武装工作的领导,始终坚持做到“四个纳入”、“四个到位”。“四个纳入”即:一是坚持把武装工作纳入党委、政府议事日程,摆到应有的位置;二是把党管武装纳入县委、县府和镇、乡党委、政府主要领导职责之一;三是把武装工作纳入县委、县府和各级党委、政府工作的一项重要内容;四是把武装工作纳入全年目标量化管理。“四个到位”即:一认识到位。二是领导到位。
