河池市位于广西西北部、云贵高原南缘,黔桂铁路、210、323国道横贯境内,是西南出海大通道的必经之地。它既是红七军发源地,也是刘三姐的故乡。全市辖9县1市1区,其中天峨、南丹、环江3县与贵州省黔南布衣族苗族自治州(以下简称黔南州)的独山、平塘、荔波、罗甸4县交界。两市州山水相连,唇齿相依,经济文化交流源远流长,但因土地、山林、水利等引发的边界纠纷和磨擦时有发生,影响双方两个文明建设的发展,影响周边群众的生产和生活。如何解决这些问题,为当地经济社会发展营造良好的发展环境,始终是我市党委、政府关注的问题。

There are 9 counties, 1 city and 1 district in the whole city, including Dianshan, Pingtang, Libo and Luodian 4 counties in 3 counties of Tian’e, Nandan and Huanjiang and Guizhou Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture (hereinafter referred to as Qiannan Prefecture) Junction. The cities and states of the two cities are connected by mountains and rivers and depend on each other’s teeth. The economic and cultural exchanges have a long history. However, border disputes and friction caused by land, forests and water conservancy have taken place from time to time, affecting the development of the two civilizations and affecting the production and livelihood of the surrounding people. How to solve these problems and create a favorable development environment for the local economic and social development has always been the concern of the party committees and governments in our city.
