本文分别用邻甲苯胺、乙酰丙酮和钼酸铵法测定44个老年性白内障晶体的葡萄糖、山梨醇和果糖含量,对照组为32个人类透明晶体。老年性白内障晶体与透明晶体葡萄糖、山梨醇和果糖的含量本文结果老年性白内障晶体的葡萄糖含量显著高于透明晶体者,而山梨醇及果糖含量则低于后者。老年性白内障晶体的葡萄糖含量高于山梨醇及果糖而透明晶体的山梨醇含量卻高于葡萄糖及果糖。
In this paper, the determination of glucose, sorbitol and fructose in 44 senile cataract crystals with o-toluidine, acetylacetone and ammonium molybdate were performed respectively. The control group consisted of 32 transparent human crystals. Contents of Glucose, Sorbitol, and Fructose in Senile Cataract Crystals and Clear Crystals The results show that the glucose content of senile cataract crystals is significantly higher than those of clear crystals, while the sorbitol and fructose content is lower than the latter. The content of glucose in senile cataract crystals is higher than that of sorbitol and fructose while the content of sorbitol in transparent crystals is higher than that of glucose and fructose.
