目的:观察欧博鼻炎冲剂和辛芩颗粒对IL-2、IFN-γ和IgE含量的影响,对比欧博鼻炎冲剂及辛芩颗粒对变应性鼻炎大鼠的疗效。方法:用卵清蛋白致敏大鼠制成变应性鼻炎动物模型,用ELISA方法测定血清中总IgE、IL-2和IFN-γ的水平。结果:空白组、模型组、低剂量组、高剂量组与辛芩颗粒血清中的IFN-γ、IL-2和IgE测定结果均有显著性差异(P<0.05),而中剂量与辛芩颗粒组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:高剂量欧博鼻炎冲剂治疗变应性鼻炎比辛芩颗粒疗效显著。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of Obo rhinitis granule and Xinqin granule on the levels of IL-2, IFN-γ and IgE, and to compare the therapeutic effects of Oberho-rhinitis granule and Xinqin granule on allergic rhinitis in rats. Methods: The rat model of allergic rhinitis was made by ovalbumin sensitization. The level of total IgE, IL-2 and IFN-γ in serum was determined by ELISA. Results: The levels of IFN-γ, IL-2 and IgE in the blank group, model group, low dose group, high dose group and Xinqin Granule serum were significantly different (P <0.05) Granules group no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: High dose Oberon rhinitis granule is effective in treating allergic rhinitis than Xinqin granule.
