报告203例声带良性赘生物手术前后多次电视动态喉镜检查结果,认为手术前通过分析放大的动态喉镜图像,有助于准确地作出临床诊断和确定手术方式和范围。而术后动态喉镜检查除能确定手术疗效外,还有心理治疗作用。基频值可反映出治疗效果,不论男女手术后基频值均有不同程度的提高。
Report of 203 cases of benign neoplasms of vocal cords before and after the dynamic video laryngoscope multiple examination results that preoperative analysis of the dynamic laryngoscope magnification images help to accurately make a clinical diagnosis and determine the surgical approach and scope. Postoperative dynamic laryngoscopy in addition to determine the efficacy of surgery, there are psychological treatment. Fundamental values can reflect the therapeutic effect, both men and women after surgery the base frequency values have different degrees of improvement.
