对于教师来说,业务学习应是立足本职岗位的再学习,以尽快提升自身素质与业务能力,只有这样才有顺应时代的发展。可是在当前农村中小学中最容易忽视的却是中层在职提高的问题,特别是作为教师业务指导的教导主任。一方面作为教导主任是教师培训的实施者之一,但多数又缺乏对自身业务提高的认识,导致许多人认为以前是因为优秀才走上这个岗位的,以前的经验可以替代现在指导别人的能力。
For teachers, business learning should be re-learning based on their own posts to enhance their own quality and professional ability as soon as possible, the only way to adapt to the development of the times. However, the most overlooked issue in primary and middle schools in rural areas is the issue of increasing mid-level incumbency, especially as a teaching director for teachers’ professional guidance. On the one hand, being a teaching director is one of the implementers of teacher training. However, most of them lack awareness of their own business improvement, leading many to think that they had taken this position because they were excellent. Previous experience could replace the current ability to guide others .
