水利水电问题与人民的生产和生活息息相关。近几年我国经济发展非常的快速,对于水利水电工程的建设国家也加大了实施力度。实际上水利水电工程是一项很复杂的施工项目,在施工的过程中会产生很多的施工信息,例如工程进度表、水情况分析表、质量检验表等,这些繁多的施工资料,很大程度上影响了工程的开展,工作人员查找资料困难,准确度不高,因此,笔者认为对于水利水电工程施工所产生的资料进行有效的管理,是有非常大的积极作用的,笔者就此问题展开论述。
