如今,公共图书馆新建场馆的规模日益宏伟,配套的科技硬件的运用大大提升了读者使用图书馆的体验。随着硬件的提升,读者也对图书馆员的服务质量和职业素养提出了更高的要求。因此,本文作者以自身工作中具体经历为例,归纳总结出一些提高沟通技巧的实践方法,意在向图书馆员提供经验参考,激发其主动思考,结合自身特点,切实提高沟通技巧,进而提升服务质量,以匹配当今以人为本的服务理念。
Today, the scale of newly-built venues in public libraries is becoming increasingly magnificent. The use of supporting hardware and software has greatly enhanced the readers’ experience of using the library. With the upgrading of hardware, readers also put forward higher requirements on the service quality and professional accomplishment of librarians. Therefore, the author of this paper, taking the specific experience of his own work as an example, sums up some practical methods to improve communication skills, which is intended to provide librarians with experience and reference, stimulate their active thinking, and combine their own characteristics to effectively improve communication skills and thus enhance Quality of service to match today’s people-oriented service concept.
