现阶段,新农村的法治文化建设这一热点被诸多研究者关注。法治文化建设逐步开始实行,但是现阶段的农村法治文化建设从社会化的角度分析还存在一定的问题。因此,有关人员应该对此进行有效的解决,以期新农村法治文化能够得到整体性的发展。本文阐述新农村法治文化建设的重要性以及现阶段建设过程中存在的问题,站在社会化的角度对现阶段新农村法治文化进行了策略的探析,以期能够为新农村法治文化建设提供一定的理论基础。
At this stage, the new rural areas of the culture of rule of law this hot spot by many researchers. This article elaborates the importance of the culture of rule by law in new rural areas and the existing problems in the process of construction. From the perspective of socialization, this article makes a strategic analysis of the culture of rule by law in new rural areas in the hope of providing certain Theoretical basis.
