利用 Pm4的 STS- PCR标记及 Pm13的 SCAR标记 ,检测含 Pm4 b的 YW2 4 3与含 Pm13抗性基因品系杂交的 F3代的抗感单株 ,初步筛选到累加了 Pm4 b及 Pm13两个抗性基因的植株 R1、R4 ;并分别对 R1和 R4自交后代 (F4 代 )的 15个抗病单株进行跟踪检测 ,得到 13株累加体 ,而另外 2株仅具 Pm4 b基因。本研究说明分子标记是检测抗病基因累加体、辅助育种的有效手段
The Pm4-resistant STS-PCR marker and Pm13-SCAR marker were used to detect F3 lines with Pm4 b-containing YW2 4 3 and Pm13-resistant lines. The results showed that Pm4 b and Pm13 R 1 and R 4, respectively. Fifteen resistant individuals of R1 and R4 inbred offspring (F4 generation) were traced and tested, and 13 accumulations were obtained, while the other 2 strains only had Pm4 b gene. This study shows that molecular markers are an effective tool to detect the accumulation of disease-resistance genes and assist breeding
