本文分析了鞍钢1978年五座容积不同的高炉提高烧结矿品位后炉内的冶炼过程。为了分析,采用了η_(CO2)/η_(CO)、炉身效率(μ)及风口燃烧单位碳素承担烧结矿中氧量(ρ)等参数。分析认为:烧结矿强度对炉缸工作状态有影响,而且在鞍钢冶炼条件下,提高烧结矿品位的同时,必须改善其冶炼性能和提高热风温度,才能保持较高的炉身效率和中温区域的温度,以达到充分发挥高品位烧结矿的冶炼效益。
This paper analyzes the smelting process in the furnace of Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. in 1978 when five blast furnaces with different volumes improve sinter grade. For the sake of analysis, parameters such as η_ (CO2) / η_ (CO), shaft efficiency (μ) and the amount of oxygen (ρ) borne by sintered carbon in the tuyere combustion unit were adopted. The analysis shows that the strength of sinter has an impact on the working condition of the hearth, and under the conditions of Anshan Iron and Steel smelting improve the sinter grade, it must improve its smelting performance and raise the temperature of the hot air in order to maintain high shaft efficiency and medium temperature Temperature, in order to achieve full play smelting benefits of high grade sinter.
