几年来,我们教研组在全面落实园务计划,开展扎实细致的教育研究工作中收到了较好的效果。我们的做法是:一、将园务计划中的学期目标具体化,并在多样性的教研活动中予以落实。我园的教研活动每周一次,时间是固定的,内容和活动形式是多样的。我们将教研活动分为阶段教研活动、专题教研活动、业务结对教研活动等等。这些形式的教研活动之间,有着密切的联系。园务计划通过形式多样的教研活动来落实。如各阶段品德培养目标,幼儿个性培养计划,养育工作的细则等。去年,我们园务计划的品德培养
