1临床资料患者女,27岁。左上眼睑外侧结节半年。半年前发现左上眼睑外侧孤立性淡红色皮疹,渐增大,无疼痛感,无瘙痒感,偶尔不慎抓破少许出血、结痂,曾自行局部外用“抗生素药膏”皮损无消退。既往体健,家族中无类似疾病患者。体格检查:一般情况良好,浅表淋巴结未触及肿大,各系统检查未见异常。皮肤科情况:左上眼睑外侧有一个呈卵圆形的淡红色结节(图1),孤立存在,约0.6cm×0.3cm,边界清楚,表面稍粗糙,无渗
1 Clinical data Patient, 27 years old. Upper left eyelid lateral nodules half a year.
