武警福建海警一支队党委担负着1966千米海岸线的治安维稳任务,点多线长,高度分散,加上近年来海上治安形势日益严峻,执法执勤任务十分繁重。面对狭小的舰艇空间,面对恶劣的海上生活,面对繁重的执勤任务,这个支队官兵靠什么创造了一个又一个骄人的成绩?带着这个问题,笔者最近来到海警一支队进行采访。从和官兵的接触中笔者深切地感到,是深厚的警营文化锻造了海警官兵的过硬素质、催生了部队建设的快速发展。“白天兵看兵,晚上数星星”。这是上世纪80年代海警官兵文化生活的真实写照。
