预计2009年国内成品油需求增长1%～4%,明显低于2008年9%的增幅水平,消费柴汽比略有下降。成品油市场需求下半年将好于上半年,但不确定性增加。
The domestic demand for refined products is expected to increase by 1% -4% in 2009, significantly lower than the 9% increase in 2008 with a slight decrease in the consumption of diesel-to-gasoline. Demand for refined oil market will be better in the second half than the first half, but the uncertainty increases.
