四川省农副产品资源丰富、人口众多,具有发展食品工业的良好条件。1986年食品工业产值约为90亿元,在工业部门中居第二位,已成为我省经济支柱之一。但就食品工业的水平和占农业产值的比例来看,还处于比较落后的状态。主要表现在加工技术和设备构成两方面。因此,必须研究加速发展我省食品机械,提高其技术水平并使之现代化的对策。
Sichuan’s agricultural and sideline products are rich in resources and have a large population. They have good conditions for the development of the food industry. In 1986, the output value of the food industry was about 9 billion yuan, ranking second in the industrial sector, and it has become one of the economic pillars of our province. However, in terms of the level of the food industry and the proportion of agricultural output, it is still relatively backward. Mainly in the processing technology and equipment composition. Therefore, it is necessary to study the countermeasures for accelerating the development of food machinery in our province, improving its technological level and modernizing it.
