中国仪器仪表行业协会经机械电子工业部同意,并经民政部[民(1988)社批15号]文批准,已于1988年8月19日在北京召开了成立大会。本协会的挂靠单位是机械电子工业部,业务上受部仪器仪表司指导。协会在筹备过程中得到中央各部和各地的大力支持,第一批发展的团体会员为1020个单位。为贯彻国务院压缩会议的精神,本应召开的全体会员大会改为部分会员单位参加。中央18个部委的有关领导,本部有关司、局,部分省市机械厅局以及中国工业经济协
China Instrument and Meter Industry Association, with the approval of the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry and approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs [Min (1988) Social Security No. 15], held the inaugural meeting on August 19, 1988 in Beijing. The association’s affiliation unit is the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics, and the business is guided by the Department of Instrumentation. In the preparation process, the association received strong support from the central ministries and localities. The first group of development members was 1020 units. In order to implement the spirit of the State Council’s compressed meeting, all the members’ conferences that should have been convened were changed to some members. Relevant leaders of the 18 central ministries and commissions, relevant divisions and bureaus of the Ministry, the Bureau of Machinery of some provinces and cities, and the China Industrial Economics Association
