左心房扩大的确定,过去主要依靠X线和心电图(简称ECG)P波的检查,但对后者的诊断价值尚有争论。而M型超声心动图(简称UCG)可直接测定左房内径并且已由心脏造影证实其可靠性。本文通过ECG的P波、X线照片检查与UCG左房扩大的对比分析,探讨P波改变的各项指标及X线照片对诊断左房扩大的价值。
The determination of left atrial enlargement, the past mainly rely on X-ray and electrocardiogram (ECG) P wave examination, but the diagnosis of the latter is still controversial. The M-mode echocardiography (referred to as UCG) can be directly measured diameter of the left atrium and has been confirmed by cardiac contrast its reliability. In this paper, ECG P wave, X-ray examination and UCG left atrium enlargement of the comparative analysis of the P wave changes of the indicators and X-ray diagnosis of left atrium enlargement value.
