目的建立曲马多的固相微萃取膜技术和气相色谱法,探索固相微萃取膜萃取条件对尿样中曲马多提取率的影响。方法通过改变固相微萃取膜的膜面积大小、样品浓度、样品量、浸泡时间、超声时间,比较样品中曲马多提取效果,用气相色谱法测定尿样中曲马多含量,选择最佳萃取和分析条件。结果适当加大固相微萃取膜的面积,浓缩样品、延长浸泡时间,并将超声技术引用到膜的吸附、解析过程中,可提高固相微萃取膜对尿样中曲马多的提取率。结论建立的尿样中曲马多的固相微萃取膜技术结合气相色谱分析法,过程简单,检材用量少,提取率较高,可用于液体样品中曲马多的提取。
OBJECTIVE To establish a solid phase microextraction membrane technique and gas chromatography with tramadol to explore the influence of solid phase microextraction membrane extraction conditions on the extraction rate of tramadol in urine sample. Methods By changing the membrane area, sample concentration, sample volume, soaking time and ultrasonic time, the effect of tramadol in the sample was compared, and the content of tramadol in urine samples was determined by gas chromatography Extraction and analysis conditions. Results Appropriate to increase the area of solid phase microextraction membrane, sample concentration, lengthening the soaking time, and ultrasound technology is applied to the membrane adsorption, analysis process, can improve the solid phase microextraction membrane of urine samples of tramadol extraction rate . Conclusion The established method of tramadol in urine samples combined with gas chromatography has the advantages of simple process, less amount of samples and high extraction rate, which can be used for the extraction of tramadol in liquid samples.
