南京模具厂研制成功一种Mp-l型电脑模具抛光机。该机是超声波加机械抛光二合一的智能化抛光设备。它能去除经电火花、线切割加工后工件表面的度质层、热影响层以及条纹、划痕、筋肋等,能快迹地对各种经淬火或未经淬火的不同硬度合金和各种模具进行抛光。该机主要由电子电路、电脯硬、软仆、程序、声能具头、机械旋转头和超声换能器等部分组成。其全机外形图见图1。
