应用免疫组化方法检测29例胃癌患者原发灶、淋巴结转移灶及邻近正常胃粘膜等不同组织的α4、β1、β4亚单位整合素表达状况。结果发现原发灶和淋巴结转移灶中α4、β1、β4三亚单位整合素的分布极性发生明显改变,且其原发灶组和/或淋巴结组的表达程度分别明显强于邻近正常胃粘膜组;在原发灶组中,三亚单位尤其是α4、β4的表达强度与胃癌生长方式、分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结、肝胆转移状况、Borrmann分型等临床病理因素密切相关。结果提示原发灶和淋巴结转移灶中胃癌细胞表面α4、β1、β4三亚单位整合素的极性分布明显紊乱,它们表达的增强或减强可能在胃癌浸润、转移过程中发挥着非常重要的作用。
Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of α4, β1, β4 subunit integrin in different tissues including primary tumor, lymph node metastasis and adjacent normal gastric mucosa in 29 patients with gastric cancer. The results showed that the polarity of the integrins of α4, β1, and β4 subunits in the primary tumor and lymph node metastases changed significantly, and the expression levels of the integrins in the primary and/or lymph node groups were significantly stronger than those in the adjacent normal gastric mucosa group, respectively. In the primary focus group, the intensity of expression of α4 and β4 in the subunits of Sanya is closely related to the clinicopathological factors such as the growth pattern, differentiation, infiltration depth, lymph node, hepatobiliary metastasis, and Borrmann type of gastric cancer. The results suggest that the polarity distribution of α4, β1, and β4 subunits integrins on the surface of gastric cancer cells in primary tumor and lymph node metastasis is obviously disordered, and their enhanced or decreased expression may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer. .
