用BU—CY方案作预处理对l例急性淋巴细胞白血病和2例慢性粒细胞白血病进行同种异基因骨髓移植。3例植活时间分别为2l天、19天和l3天。2例慢性粒细胞白血病移植后Ph染色体阳性的白血病细胞完全消失。1例主要ABO血型不合在血浆交换后移植,移植后无溶血反应,于+104天死于Ⅱ度出血性膀胱炎。另2例分别已生存18和6个月。移植相关毒性为重度粘膜炎(1/3)、恶心和呕吐(3/3)、轻度肝脏损害(3/3)、上消化道出血(2/3)和Ⅲ度出血性膀胱炎。
Pretreatment with BU-CY regimen performed allogeneic bone marrow transplantation in one case of acute lymphoblastic leukemia and two cases of chronic myelogenous leukemia. The time of engraftment in 3 cases was 2 l days, 19 days and l3 days, respectively. Phosphochromosome-positive leukemic cells completely disappeared after transplantation in 2 cases of chronic myelogenous leukemia. One case of major ABO blood group incompatibility was transplanted after plasma exchange. There was no hemolytic reaction after transplantation and died of II degree hemorrhagic cystitis at +104 days. The other 2 cases have survived 18 and 6 months respectively. The transplant-related toxicities were severe mucositis (1/3), nausea and vomiting (3/3), mild liver damage (3/3), upper gastrointestinal bleeding (2/3), and III degree hemorrhagic cystitis.
