盐酸苯海拉明(下文简称本品)片的含量,可用紫外分光光度法测定。为消除赋形剂的干扰吸收,本文采用一阶导数分光光度法测定其含量。该法操作简便,精密度较好。
Diphenhydramine hydrochloride (hereinafter referred to as the goods) film content, available UV spectrophotometry. In order to eliminate the interference absorption of the excipient, this article uses the first derivative spectrophotometric method to determine its content. The method is easy to operate and has good precision.
