本文利用聚丙烯酰胺胶电泳,对9个玉米自交系及其正交F_1材料,选取二个时期进行过氧化物同工酶分析。将酶谱扫描转化为数据资料后,对同工酶及产量分别进行配合力分析。结果表明:过氧化物同工酶与产量间一般配合力相关为0.72,特殊配合力相关为0.59,同工酶特殊配合力与产量杂种优势相关为0.39,三者均达显著水平。根据上述结果,在一定程度上可以对经济产量及配合力实行早期预测。
In this paper, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, nine maize inbred lines and its orthogonal F_1 material, selected two periods of peroxidase isoenzyme analysis. After the zymogram was transformed into data, the analysis of the combining ability of isozyme and yield were carried out. The results showed that the correlation between peroxidase isozyme and general combining ability was 0.72, and the special combining ability was 0.59. The correlation between the special combining ability of isozymes and yield heterosis was 0.39, all of which reached the significant level. Based on the above results, to some extent, the economic output and the combining ability can be forecasted.
