本文在试验研究的基础上,分析了各几何参数对承载能力、传动效率的影响关系,提出了圆弧齿圆柱蜗杆传动几何参数选择的新方案,列出了几何参数配搭表。同时提出了圆弧齿圆柱蜗杆传动设计的五点建议。给出了可控点接触圆弧齿圆柱蜗杆传动刀具和蜗杆几何参数配搭值。采用本文的设计方案可提高产品质量(承载能力、传动效率、使用寿命),减少刀具品种,有明显的经济价值。
Based on the experimental research, this paper analyzes the relationship between the geometrical parameters and the bearing capacity and transmission efficiency. A new scheme for selecting geometrical parameters of arc-tooth cylindrical worm drive is proposed. The geometrical parameter matching table is also listed. At the same time put forward five circular arc worm gear drive design recommendations.
