研究了悬浮浇注对ZL201台金组织性能的影响。结果表明:悬浮剂的加入使合金的凝固时间缩短,凝固速度加快,促进了合金结晶组织的细化;当加入3%悬浮剂时合金组织有明显改善,且力学性能σb和δ分别提高了8.8%和23.1%。
The effects of suspension casting on the microstructure and properties of ZL201 Taijin were studied. The results show that the addition of suspending agent shortens the solidification time and accelerates the solidification of alloy. The addition of 3% suspension enhances the microstructure and improves the mechanical properties σb and δ by 8 .8% and 23.1%.
