在我国,由于各地区经济差异大,教育水平不一,对研究区域性中小学体育教师继续教育培训的落实和完善显得尤为重要,它对提高区域性中小学体育教师继续教育的培训质量和中小学体育教师队伍管理,具有较强的针对性和实效性。文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法,对昆明市中小学体育教师的学历状况,对职后参加培训的态度、动机和目的的调查分析,指出大多数中小学体育教师能积极参加教师继续教育培训,但存在问题。
