教育是人的教育,强调以人为本、注重人文关怀、尊重个性发展的人性化理念正成为教育的主流。由于受我国传统文化中的“功名教育、权威教育、中庸教育、礼仪教育”深刻的负面影响,造成学生在高校体育教育中“主体地位、创新能力、运动能力”等方面的缺失。人性化教育要注重学生的主体地位、要培养学生的创新观念、要建立多元化的教学和评价体系。
Education is the education of human beings. Emphasizing the people-oriented principle, paying attention to humane care and respecting the development of individuality are becoming the mainstream of education. Due to the profound negative influence of “fame education, authoritative education, moderation education and etiquette education” in the traditional culture of our country, it causes the lack of “subjective position, innovative ability and athletic ability” of students in university physical education . Humane education should pay attention to the dominant position of students, to cultivate students’ innovative ideas, to establish a diversified teaching and evaluation system.
