文章针对目前高校信息资源网站服务功能与使用率未成正比发展的现象,对高校和社会信息资源网站各自用户的信息行为和现有服务功能进行调研,比较二者各自的特点和优缺点,探讨与借鉴社会信息资源网站的特有服务功能。最后,基于用户信息行为和高校信息资源服务功能的拓展障碍,从明确用户信息需求、提升服务功能、转变用户角色和创新服务四个方面提出高校信息资源网站的服务功能拓展策略,以期为高校信息资源网站提高服务质量和使用效率提供参考。
