In this paper, a new design method is proposed to construct a neural network model and apply it to the predictive model of oxygen conversion coefficient in biochemical processes. Experiments show that the uniform design method can simplify the network design and prevent it from falling into local minimum and shortening Training time, speed up the convergence rate
