本文以MBZ504型木工平刨床为例,进行振动分析,叙述了采用ZF平衡法对机床进行整机现场平衡的实验过程,给出了现场测算刀轴、电机皮带轮等旋转件原始不平衡量的公式及实验结果。本文所举实例,经一次现场平衡后,机床主要振源的振动幅值降低80%以上,整机振动幅值降低70%以上,经测定,刀轴等转子的平衡精度已达到G6.3级的要求。
This paper takes MBZ504 wood planer as an example, carries on the vibration analysis, describes the experimental process of machine balancing by using ZF balance method, and gives the formula for calculating the original unbalance of rotating parts such as knife shaft, motor pulley and so on Experimental results. The examples presented in this paper, after a site balance, the vibration amplitude of the main vibration source of the machine tool is reduced by more than 80%, and the vibration amplitude of the whole machine is reduced by more than 70%. After the determination, the balance precision of the rotor such as knife shaft has reached G6.3 Request.
