本实验研究了大鼠肝部分切除后再生过程中甲状腺滤泡旁细胞(C细胞)的变化。用体重为130~150 g的雌性大鼠80只,随机分为5批,每批16只,每批包括65%、32%肝切除组、假手术组和正常对照组。肝部分切除后,于1、2、3、7、14天处死取材。将右侧甲状腺固定于Bouin液,制石蜡切片,进行HE、PAS、棓花青染色、Pascual银染法染色,并用免疫组织化学PAP法显示生长抑素样细胞。将左侧甲状腺做冰冻切片,进行酶组织化学染色。根据银染法显示的分泌颗粒数量,将C细胞分为阳
This study was designed to investigate the changes of thyroid follicular cells (C-cells) during the regeneration of rat partial hepatectomy. Eighty female rats weighing 130-150 g were randomly divided into 5 batches of 16 mice each, which consisted of 65%, 32% liver resection group, sham operation group and normal control group. Liver resection, in 1, 2, 3, 7, 14 days were sacrificed. The right thyroid gland was fixed in Bouin fluid, paraffin sections were made, HE, PAS, Cyanidinium staining, Pascual silver staining staining, and immunohistochemical PAP method somatostatin-like cells. The left thyroid gland was sectioned and subjected to enzymatic histochemical staining. C cells were classified as positive according to the number of secretory granules shown by silver staining
