图示双联齿轮是我厂C6136A型(包括C618)车床上质量难过关的零件之一,材料45钢、硬度G48、精度7DC,齿轮内孔为内花键孔,齿轮一大一小,小齿轮插齿成形。当高频淬硬后,小齿轮变形较大,热处理后的小齿轮既不能磨齿,也不能剃齿和珩齿修整,降低了产品质量。我们在总结硬齿面剃齿工艺的基础上,决定对该齿轮采用硬齿面插齿的方法。经三批硬齿面插齿证明,这一工艺方法的效果是无疑的。现简要介绍这一工艺讨程如下:
